You will receive a free consultation and estimate. From there, depending on our findings, we will:

• Remove all contents on the area which needs cleaning and/or restoration. 

• Protect and prep any and all baseboards, trim, and/or furnishings prior to cleaning.

• Use our exclusive cleaning and sanitizing process—steam/high pressure with simultaneous extraction—cleaning those nasty grout lines leaving them bright and sanitized.

• Optional restorative grout cleaning.

• Optional sealing and color sealing available. 

When done, we will then…

• Reset contents and furnishings.

• Make sure you’re happy with your tile and grout looking like new.
