Home Maintenance Associates Inc. was the first company of its kind in the southern Vermont area. Established in 1972, HMA is one of the longest standing businesses in our community. 50 years of providing local jobs, supporting local businesses, and most importantly, providing trustworthy, quality service to its customers. 

Carl Grey has taken over the day to day operations and at 48 years old has more than 33 years experience in the cleaning and restoration industry. Carl is certified in carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, smoke damage restoration, water damage restoration, mold remediation, carpet re-installation and repair, and odor control. Carl is also trained in Xactimate insurance estimating.
